What is the process?

Submit your files on the Submit page, pay $20 using the payment link, and receive the notarized file by email.

What do I need to submit?

Please provide:

  • Your document to be notarized (PDF recommended)
  • A government-issued photo ID (PDF/JPG)
  • Your email address (required)
  • Optional notes (names, dates, or special instructions)
What file types are supported?

We support most common documents that can be provided as PDF or clear images (JPG). If your document is multi-page, a single PDF is best.

How fast will I receive the notarized file?

Delivery times vary by workload and document complexity. In most cases, you’ll receive the notarized file by email as soon as it’s processed.

Do I need to choose a document type?

No. Notary20 is a flat $20 service. Simply submit your document and we’ll handle the rest.

What should I put in the payment note?

Please include your Request ID and your Email. This helps us match your payment with your submission quickly.

Will my files be shared?

No. Your files are used only for completing your notarization request and are delivered back to you by email.
