We minimize data collection. Your submitted files are used only for fulfilling your notarization request and sending results to your email.

Summary: We collect only what you submit (document, ID, email, optional notes). We do not sell or share your data.

What we collect

When you submit a request, you may provide a document to be notarized, a photo/scan of your ID, your email address, and optional notes.

We use your submission to process your request and deliver the notarized file to your email. We do not use your data for advertising.

Results are delivered by email. Please ensure your email is correct and check your spam folder if you don't see a reply.

We do not use third‑party analytics by default. If you later add analytics, choose a privacy‑respecting option and disclose it here.
